With more than forty years in the luxury home industry, I guide buyers and sellers through each step with clarity, creativity, and a deep understanding of how a home should live and feel. My focus is helping buyers and sellers understand the true potential of a property, whether they are evaluating a home, considering a remodel, or preparing a residence for market.

I grew up in the luxury home business with my parents, Vincent and Theresa Montana, and later co founded Fratantoni Interior Designers in 1987. Over the years, I have worked with clients around the world, which continues to inspire fresh ideas and thoughtful solutions. This experience gives me an advantage in real estate. I can walk into a home and immediately identify opportunities for improved flow, functionality, and long-term value. I help clients visualize how a space can evolve, which often makes the decision to purchase or sell feel easier and more informed.

My background in interior design, architectural collaboration, and construction knowledge allows me to help clients visualize what a home can become. Whether someone is purchasing, building, or preparing a property for market, I offer guidance that helps them make confident and informed decisions.
